Training that listen to you
We tailor it to your current skill level, your background, and your goals. We don't try to make you fit into a mold; we start with who you are.

A passionate runner seeking pleasure and performance, I am convinced that running in all its forms can bring many benefits. In 2013, I created Running Addict to share my experience with all amateur runners and to give them the advice I would have liked to find when I started training on my own. Campus is the logical continuation of my approach: turnkey training plans to accelerate progress while enjoying yourself thanks to committed coaches and a caring community!

I am firmly convinced that running can become a valuable ally in the daily life of many people. Well-being, performance, or both: running brings many benefits that I enjoy every day. Driven by my desire to support runners of all levels in their progress, I am keen to share my own experience and offer them valuable advice to help anchor running sustainably in their daily lives, whatever their goals.
Behind Running Addict is Nicolas Spiess, also known as Niko. A keen road runner—whether 10K, half-marathon or marathon—he very quickly chose to share his experience and knowledge to make running accessible to as many people as possible. Campus emerged as an obvious solution to guide everyone toward adapted progress while keeping pleasure at the center of their practice.
Push yourself without losing yourself. Give your best while keeping pleasure at the center of your practice. It is this skilful mix of the pursuit of performance and kindness toward oneself that Niko aims to convey through Campus. According to him, running should be sustainable over the long term. The Campus training plans naturally followed this logic. Strength & conditioning, interval workouts, base endurance, recovery phases: everything is here! Everything is optimally organized to promote intelligent and lasting progress.
