Is training adapted to my level?

Yes! Campus analyzes your running profile and asks what your goals are. With this information it will generate a program tailored to you to maximize your progress and minimize the risk of injury. As you progress through the plan, it adapts to your progress almost in real time!

Can I start running with Campus?

Of course! Beginners are more than welcome! When you start running with Campus, you'll be sure to progress smoothly, without rushing your body, and so avoid injury. Whether you're fit or not at all, the plan will adjust to your current fitness and bring you to run 30' continuously!

Can I prepare for any goal with Campus?

From 5km to marathon on the road, from 10 to 89km for the trail, including developing your speed or endurance, Campus covers all runners' needs. You can also add intermediate competitions, your plan will adapt to them!

Can I train with Campus if I'm not planning a race?

Of course! Outside of races, Campus identifies the quality you need to work on (MAS, endurance, speed...), and crafts a plan tailor-made for you to progress.

Passionate about sport, I have made coaching athletes my priority. With a Bachelor's degree in STAPS and a Master's degree in EBNS, I have acquired expertise in physical preparation that enables me to effectively help athletes achieve their goals. Away from conventional structures, I developed my methods without being influenced by the beliefs and myths about training that slow runners down. This approach, which has borne fruit, is now embodied in Campus, where I share a simple and effective method for progressing with pleasure.

French ultra-trail athlete, I am passionate about the challenges posed by these demanding races. A former engineer, I chose to devote myself fully to my passion for the mountains and high-level sport, which has enabled me to achieve several prestigious podium finishes, including victory in the Diagonale des Fous. Inspiring and supporting other trail runners, beginners or experienced, has become a mission for me. Today, I am eager to share my experience and expertise through Campus.
