Although the half-marathon is an endurance test, your base speed will have a direct impact on the time it’ll take you to finish it. This 21km plan is ideal to prepare you to shatter your record or simply conquer the distance!

Campus half-marathon preparation
Each plan is individualized and different from one person to another. In general, you will find a focus on your base speed (Speed, Strength Endurance, MAS) so you are stronger and comfortable at your 21km pace.
Then we will work on your specific endurance (60' Threshold, pace variation, specific pace) so you can better resist the fatigue that causes most runners to slow down at the end of the race and overtake them!

The plan includes between 3 and 6 workouts per week depending on the profiles. The most important ones are marked as “don’t miss”. By following the training plan, you increase your chances of progressing quickly.
