Can I train with Campus if I'm not planning a race?

Of course! Outside of races, Campus identifies the quality you need to work on (MAS, endurance, speed...), and crafts a plan tailor-made for you to progress.

How can I add a competition to my plan?

On Campus, you can add intermediate competitions to help you achieve your main goal. For example, if you want to run a marathon and that's your main goal, you can add races from 5 to 21km during your preparation. Your plan will take into account all race dates!

Can I schedule more than 2 races a year?

Yes! Campus provides you with the option to choose a main goal, your big goal for the coming months, and then helps you select one or more intermediate races to prepare for this main goal.
