Away from conventional structures, I developed my methods without being influenced by the beliefs and myths about training that slow runners down. A keen triathlon enthusiast (and creator of the YouTube channel Ironuman), I turned my experience, notably in Ironman, into a strength to better understand the science of training, both in terms of performance and Mental strength. With a scientific and concrete approach, I have progressed and helped thousands of recreational runners improve. Today, I want to share my simple and effective method with as many people as possible. To do that, what better than to take on the role of coach for Campus?

As a coach, I put my passion for sport into supporting athletes of all levels. Each goal is unique; every stage of preparation is valuable. With a structured, concrete method grounded in scientific data, I aim to guide each runner toward achieving their own challenges.
Behind Ironuman is Tristan Pawlak. A passionate triathlete, he found his path outside what he calls "conventional structures", developing his own methods through his research and scientific reading combined with practical experience in the field.
With a sports vision centered on sharing, he launched his YouTube channel, Ironuman, where he shares his advice, training and personal challenges.
Tristan is an athlete who doesn't hold himself back. Although he first made his mark in martial arts, it is for his love of triathlon and more specifically Ironman that he is recognized today. But that doesn't stop him from taking on other challenges such as the marathon, the swim and run, or HYROX.

VO2max, base endurance, thresholds… no need to tell you that Tristan knows these concepts inside out. If these central elements appear in the training plans he designs, they are structured around a model born from his practice and his own research into the science of training. Each workout is designed to guide runners toward achieving their goals. Volume, intensity, recovery: the Plans leave nothing to chance, regardless of each person's level and aspirations.
