So far, only the workouts planned by your plan appeared in Campus. Now, you add the additional running workouts you do yourself, and they are added to your practice.
A more accurate view of your practice
Until now, Campus Coach only took into account the workouts planned in your training plan.
From now on, all the outings you do in addition can also be recorded in the application. Whether you go for a run for fun, whether you join friends, your club or your Campus group, or whether you improvise a trail outing on the weekend, all you need to do is add it for it to become part of your history.
All these outings enrich your training history and are included in your weekly volume.
How do you add a workout?
From the home page, simply tap the "Add a workout" button.

You’ll then find the same validation methods as for a workout planned by Campus:

Workout import via an external integration
If your outing was recorded from an external integration, simply select the workout.
Manual workout import
If you choose manual entry, all you need to do is fill in the details of your outing:
the sport type (road or trail)
the workout date
the workout name (optional)
the duration
the distance covered
the positive elevation gain (optional)
your feeling
Statistics that really reflect what you run
Your outing data is integrated into:
your weekly volume
your training block
your sports profile
For trail runners, elevation gain is also taken into account to best reflect the actual load of your outings.

Your plan stays unchanged
This feature was designed to let you track your actual practice, without changing how your training plan works.
Adding a workout therefore has no impact on:
the workouts planned by Campus Coach
your training paces
your expected time on your goal
your consistency rate
Your plan remains your guiding principle. The workouts you add simply let you keep a complete history of everything you run.
More freedom to run
A training plan does not always reflect your entire practice. Thanks to this new feature, you can now track all your outings, even those that were not planned.
Whether you go for a run with friends, your club, your Campus group, or treat yourself to an improvised trail outing, every kilometer now counts in your tracking.
