After each validated workout with a GPS track, a new summary automatically appears. Laps, paces, heart rate, or comparison with the planned goals: all the important information is gathered in one screen.
The goal is simple: to let you review your workout and better understand your effort, right after training.
What awaits you after your workout

Paces, distance, duration: relive every step of your workout
The details of each lap: its duration, distance, and pace. See how your effort was built, from start to finish.

See how your effort is distributed across pace zones during each workout
Your pace distribution shows the time spent in each zone. A quick glance is enough to know whether you ran at the right pace.

Connect your pace to your workout with your heart rate
The pace and heart rate overview lets you review your workout and better understand how you felt during the effort.

Check whether you held your paces during your workout
Compare what you did to what was planned, interval by interval. You can immediately see what went well and where to improve.
A first step toward smarter analysis
Today, these new charts reveal your workout. In a few weeks, they will go further with intelligent analysis and feedback from your coach. This is the first building block of a post-workout experience that will keep getting richer!
How to make the most of it?
The summary is available automatically after validating a workout completed with a GPS track from:
Tracker Campus
Strava
Garmin
Coros
Suunto
Note that manually validated workouts without GPS track do not yet display the summary.
So, on your next outing, don't just validate your workout: take a few seconds to review it and discover what it has to tell you.
