A training plan that adapts to your life
Until now, the number of workouts per week was automatically determined by Campus Coach based on your profile. Result: some runners ended up with too many workouts to fit into their week, while others would have liked to do more. This frustration could give the impression of a generic plan, even though personalized training is at the heart of Campus Coach.
That's now fixed. When you create your plan, you choose how many times you want to run per week, between 3 and 5 workouts. Campus Coach suggests a number suited to your habits and your current training volume, but you remain free to choose another option if you prefer.
Visualize the impact of your choice before deciding
The real advantage of this feature is transparency. For each option offered, Campus Coach shows you three key pieces of information: the number of workouts, the average weekly mileage and an estimate of your performance on your goal.
Concretely, you can see that with 4 workouts per week instead of 3, you could aim for a faster time in your half marathon or marathon. This projection helps you make an informed choice, balancing what you want to achieve with the time you can actually devote to training.
A weekly structure tailored to your profile
Once you've made your choice, Campus Coach builds your typical week accordingly: easy endurance, intense workouts, long runs… The distribution is designed for you, taking into account both the number of workouts chosen and your level.
Two runners who choose 5 workouts per week won't necessarily have the same plan. Your history, your usual volume and your profile influence the structure of your workouts for optimal progress and without injury risk.
A simple setting, no need to come back to it every week
The choice of number of workouts is made once and stays in place for the duration of your plan. No need to change it every week: once you've found the rhythm that suits you, Campus Coach takes care of it.
And if your situation evolves near the end of the plan, the application can suggest adjusting your volume for the rest of your training, so you always stay in line with your availability and your progress.
