The complete experience
What was your running experience before you set out on this goal?
No experience, I had never run and wanted to be guided to do it well and avoid injuries. I did the 4-week beginner plan and then started the 10km plan.
How did your preparation go?
I wasn't always consistent... This summer, I often only did the "must not miss" workouts; And at the beginning of September, I had back pain. So I lowered the difficulty of the workouts and even stopped for 2 weeks. Then I gradually started again with some jogs... I managed to do the workouts of the last week at a reduced speed.


What was your goal for this race?
Experience it and especially finish the race without being completely exhausted!
So on race day, how did it go?
Really well! 🤩
I followed the speeds suggested by my pace pro plan despite the starting adrenaline. The 9th km was more uphill than I thought. I couldn't achieve the planned speed. I finished in 204th out of 260 participants in the 10km. 😁
I could have pushed more 😏 but I decided to be cautious given the tough weeks I had gone through. I really loved the experience and look forward to starting a new plan! 😃

What did you enjoy about the support from the Campus?
All the information and knowledge you share, and the plans that are very complete and turnkey. I love the fact that I just have to transfer it to my watch and boom, it's on! 😎
And what's next for you?
I'm going to do the MAS plan to try to increase it!
