To run faster

The 10k is an endurance event, but it's very dependent on base speed.

The higher it is, the quicker you can run the 10k. That's why it's important in your preparation.

Moreover, we have examples of runners who broke their 10k record just after the speed cycle!

What is included in this 10km plan

Initially, this program will improve your base speed (speed, strength endurance, MAS) making you stronger and thus comfortable at 10K pace.

Next, we will work on your specific endurance (30' Threshold, pace variation, specific pace) so that you can better resist fatigue, which slows down most runners at the end of races, and overtake them!

What types of workouts are in this 10k plan?

Base endurance runs, interval workouts with 30' Threshold and 10K pace, along with MAS, speed, strength endurance, and finally long runs (yes, even for a 10k, it helps). This work will allow you to define your 10k pace strategy!

What time can I hope to achieve in the 10k with this plan?

Create your Campus account, complete your free registration and receive a reliable estimate of the 10k time you'll be able to achieve on race day. Based on completed workouts, your 10k training schedule adapts and evolves to match your real progress.

What platform features do I have access to with this plan?

This plan gives you visibility on your workouts 1 week in advance, the coach's advice for each session, and partial training statistics. If you want access to more features, including workout sync, you can choose the paid plan.

If I miss a workout, does my plan adapt?

Yes, all your running workouts, completed or missed, are analyzed by Campus. This allows us to continually adapt your plan to provide the most personalized program possible!
