Improve - Base training
MAS is the smallest running speed at which we reach our maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max). Working on this pace allows you to push a ceiling and unlock a new potential for progress!

Why work on MAS?
MAS can be seen as a “limit”. Once we reach this speed, our oxygen consumption no longer increases. We can still accelerate, but the additional energy demand will be exclusively supplied by other energy pathways.

The plan adapts to your progress
A good running coach adapts your plan weekly based on your training results. Campus does this by analyzing the results of your Garmin, Coros, or Strava workouts, asking how the session went, and modifying the rest of your plan if necessary!

Base endurance runs, MAS workouts, strength endurance, active endurance, and long runs. In short, with this training plan, you certainly won't get bored! In addition to running workouts, Campus offers you to integrate strength & conditioning directly into your training plan to optimize your practice.
How many workouts per week are in this program?
How many workouts per week are in this program?
The plan includes between 3 and 6 workouts per week depending on the profiles. The most important ones are marked as “not to be missed”. By following the training plan, you increase your chances of progressing quickly.
